Class Times:

Classes are held on Sunday mornings from 9:25 – 10:30 a.m.

Arrival Procedures:

We ask that all of the students arrive between 9:20 and 9:25 a.m.  This allows you the parents plenty of time to settle your child/children before attending the 9:30 a.m. Mass.

We ask all parents to sit towards the back of the Church in case you are needed.

Dismissal Procedures:

Classes will be dismissed at the conclusion of the 9:30 a.m. Mass.  Please wait outside your child/children’s class room until the teacher dismisses the students.

All students are expected to attend class each week, however, please do not send your child/children if they are not feeling well.

Please contact us if your child will no longer be attending, so that we may be able to offer other children a place in the program, if there is a waiting list.

Communication: for all calendar and parent information, etc.

All communications with parents/guardians will come via the website.

We will send you an email alerting you to go to the website for any pertinent information or calendar changes.

We will contact you if there is an emergency closing; example:  inclement weather.

Each child is given a book and any supplies that are needed throughout the year.

We have incorporated a no food, snack or candy policy.  Please do not send your child into class with snacks of any kind.

Parents may be asked to substitute throughout the year.  Your participation is appreciated.
